JOB SUMMARY

Reports to the Sr. Director, Marketing and works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leaders across the enterprise to create and execute effective marketing content and programs that build the Conifer Health brand and support sales enablement.
Within Marketing, we are seeking a Lead Content Strategist/Marketer to manage and evolve our content strategy. You will drive content strategy, develop value-props, go-to-market messaging, thought-leadership and increase marketing qualified opportunities to drive pipeline and customer acquisition.

A creative problem solver who is passionate about healthcare, telling stories and crafting content that resonates with the CXO and decision-makers. You are highly creative and an excellent writer but also process-driven, critical thinker and use data to make decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop content for the company�s owned and paid content channels, including website, social media, articles, blogs, case studies, presentations, brochures, email, etc...
Content Strategy & Management
Development of Conifer�s content strategy
Develop and manage editorial/content calendar to drive awareness and thought leadership via the appropriate medium through a variety of marketing channels
Maintain content library and content governance process
Interact with various client-side project teams to understand business objectives, audiences and go-to-market strategies
Set guidelines for tone, style and content of writing and communications in order to maintain unified messaging for B2B products and services
Ensure new content is published according to content calendar
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Excellent writing skills and the passion to develop topical and solution-focused content with minimal direction.
Proven experience and confidence in developing and managing content to achieve brand and service awareness, as well as thought leadership.
Ability to build consensus with leaders and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
Strong project/program management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Expert at content marketing and communication practices and principles.
Strong attention to detail with solid editing and proofreading skills.
Master in MS Office applications and social media and analytics platforms (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle management a plus.
Experience in content marketing platforms (Kapost) a plus.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
10+ years related experience in marketing communications, content development, PR, advertising and project management, preferably in B2B/Services Marketing supporting the healthcare and/or BPO industry
Bachelor�s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
