The Marketing Project Administrator functions in multiple capacities to support the Marketing and Sales team dedicated to Kelsey Plan products. The position requires a utility player that is strategic and effective at executing marketing projects and is familiar with multiple marketing channels, including web, direct mail, writing, digital and video, as well as internal and external communications projects.

Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related major
10 years’ experience in a marketing communications setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization.
Experience working with outside vendors and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Experience in MS Office software
Preferences include:
At least 3 years prior experience in marketing or communications for a health system or health insurance carrier.
Prior experience in a supervisory or management level role.
