Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: Create, develop, manage and evaluate marketing and communications strategies and initiatives that enhance Olin’s brand awareness and reputation in key markets and drive success of program objectives. Develop strong partnerships with Olin Recruitment, Admissions and Financial Services to have a deep understanding of all programs offerings. Working in concert with the programs’ goals to create and develop a strategic marketing and communications plan and then manage and evaluate marketing and communications strategies and initiatives against defined targets. All activities will enhance Olin’s brand awareness and reputation not just in key markets of business but across the national and globe, and ultimately drive success of online program offerings overall. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $62,010 - $83,972 annually. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Marketing & Communications. This position is for the Danforth Campus in the Olin Business School.
