This is a key role offering brand and campaign development experience on a high profile launch asset with the opportunity to embrace the vibrant, fast-paced and "challenger mind-set" culture within ViiV Healthcare as part of the Global Commercial Strategy team.
ViiV Healthcare’s innovative portfolio is challenging the current paradigm of HIV treatment of triple therapy which has been the gold standard approach for more than 20 years. The role will focus on the development and implementation of a comprehensive multichannel campaign for a priority asset for the treatment of People Living with HIV. It is in its early launch phase and ViiV Healthcare is seeking new growth as we re-enter markets following disruption from Covid-19.
Lead the global commercial activities to support enhanced HCP engagements through robust multichannel campaign; developing content and ensuring consistent implementation across our key markets
Content to include core global campaign deliverables for ViiV Healthcare’s priority brand such as infographics, advertising (print / banners), website, editorials, working closely with the regions, global medical team and creative agency partners.
Responsible for delivery of specific tactics to ABPI standard – by taking content through copy approval and ensure appropriate use of content lab and content planner
Review appropriate metrics, KPIs to drive data driven changes to the global campaign materials and channels
Partner with the broader cross functional Brand team especially, Global Medical and regional teams as well as Global Comms, Portfolio team to support brand activities.
BA/BSc in Business or related discipline
Multichannel campaign development and delivery experience
Commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry at a LOC level, ideally with launch experience. ABPI code signatory.
Strong track record in developing and implementing a comprehensive multichannel marketing programmes – proven ability to develop impactful content and select the right channels and timings targeting specific customer types
Understanding and experience of the commercial aspects of the drug development process through to launch
Ability to utilize insights from key customers – patients, payers, providers – to drive key marketing decisions and forecasts
Effective communications and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management
Master at utilizing organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to facilitate successful project implementation and effective issue resolution
Creative approach to problem solving and ability to challenge the status quo
Cultural sensitivity and awareness
Experience in a direct customer facing role (i.e., field sales, account management, regional medical scientist, etc.)
