Scope: The International Marketing Coordinator will lead all company brand and marketing functions across our corporate locations. The ideal candidate will bring an inspirational vision to the table and will take a hands-on-approach to create identifiable and measurable returns in the Marketing efforts. This person will work with team members, outsourced partners, and other company functional areas to bring the marketing activity together in a coordinated approach which maximizes return on investment.

Job duties to include:
Manages the day to day marketing operations in a fast-paced, ever changing industry for a rapidly growing company
Creates, executes, and adapts, as necessary, a company-wide brand and vision
Develops a cohesive and detailed marketing strategy that supports the vision and is aligned to overall company goals
Develops a work plan of prioritized initiatives that supports the execution and maximization of the overall marketing strategy
Provides daily hands-on support and coordination to track the multi-faceted execution of initiatives
Ensures adoption of the marketing plan across multiple geographically disparate retail operations
Created and manages the development and distribution of all social and website content, advertisements and press releases
Manage marketing budget and prioritize resources
Continually seeks feedback and measures the performance of the Brand initiatives and reports on the success and return on investment to the executive leadership team
Makes adjustments and modifications to marketing initiatives and strategies as data and market factors dictate
Directs marketing investments and content development in paid media; including but not limited to advertising, events, website, and social media channels
Supervisor Responsibility: This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities at this time.
Must have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
Must be friendly and love working with affiliates to help them solve problems
Positive attitude with an eye for detail
Must have excellent computer skills and be, have a good understanding of social media and have the ability and interest in learning new digital skills
Excellent analytical skills to understand, improve, and optimize social media performance
Establish clear marketing goals across all platforms and consistently analyze and track KPIs and benchmarks
Test new ideas, ad formats, best practices, and beta products across all social channels
Always looking for and aware of innovative new social media platforms and channels (e.g. the next TikTok, SnapChat etc.), sees how to use them to tell our story, and runs test campaigns leveraging brand assets and messaging
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Must be able to physically report to work in Michigan (preferred) or New York. There is opportunity to work remotely.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of five years prior experience overseeing the marketing activities for an International Company
Prior experience with Social Media, Digital, PR, SEO, Website
Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
