Core Business Services – Brand, Marketing and Communications – Design Manager

The opportunity
We are looking for a Design Manager to produce and oversee digital and print creative options to address our marketing needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design and branding. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, includes video editing, brochures and event collateral.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through bringing high quality pieces on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities:

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to conveyance
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing, service lines and production vendors to so that deadlines are met
• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools

Requirements:
To qualify for the role you must have

• At least 6 - 8 years solid experience in graphic design house or agency
• Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and Final Cut Pro)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Solid portfolio and experience in production of high-quality filming, video motion graphics, digital effects, production editing and storytelling is a plus
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or relevant field
