The Enterprise Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Business Development and the Embright management team to shape the company’s go-to-market efforts to effectively capture a compelling Embright story for employers and other related constituents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating content, event activations, and integrated targeted campaigns to instill decision confidence for why companies should partner with Embright.
The successful incumbent will work collaboratively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and will possess a passion for customer marketing, depth of knowledge in creating specific account strategies, and skill in designing and executing marketing campaigns demonstrating both effective and organized project management skills and the ability to successfully execute plans to deliver results on time and on budget.
Principle Accountabilities including, but not limited to:
Support the development of the company customer marketing program.
Create compelling content that showcases the benefit of Embright to prospects and clients. This may include research and reports, guides, and presentations.
Drive company brand awareness, generate leads and accelerate movement of prospects through the business development pipeline. Programs may include outbound email and direct mail campaigns, webinars, partner activities, content marketing, account-based marketing and industry events.
Nurture high-value customer relationships with a select set of high-priority customers to identify and execute plans that effectively address strategic customer success needs.
Define the strategy for communicating the member experience including onboarding, web/app experience and vendor coordination.
Minimum Qualifications including, but not limited to:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Adept at relationship building across organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Exhibits a growth mindset
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of marketing experience preferably in enterprise B2B marketing
Demonstrated experience with content creation and content marketing, multi-touch campaigns, demand generation, and account-based marketing
Demonstrated experience in multi-channel programs and tactics such as email, webinars and content partnerships.
