The Marketing Manager serves the day-to-day marketing needs for presenting events in theatre, music and dance and long-term marketing strategy for the Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center (MWPAC).
Four years of progressively responsible marketing experience
Thorough working knowledge of graphic design and web content management
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software
Demonstrated interest in the performing arts community
Supervisory experience in a customer service environment (i.e. retail sales, including cash, credit, and check transactions)
Ability to coordinate multiple projects in several different venues, prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines and budgets
A thorough working knowledge of all aspects of marketing, organization and supervisory management in a multipurpose facility
Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact and collaborate with team members, media, clients, university departments and personnel
Ability to work weekends, holidays and/or evenings when needed
