A Marketing Outreach Coordinator is sought for our growing, family owned and operated Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers in the Tampa Bay area. As the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator for Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers, you will be responsible for managing the outreach and community engagement activities of the veterinary hospital.
We believe that our success is achieved by your direct and indirect interactions with:
Referring veterinarians and their practices
Our expectation is that you will focus on these interactions equally and demonstrate initiatives to include education and outreach, customer motivation, community organization, coordination with other veterinary practices, evaluation of referral programs, and marketing analysis that directly results in more referrals and clients for our practice.
Prospect and account management through territory recordkeeping. This includes proactive, professional communication in a timely, accurate and meaningful way with the Fetch Admin team to keep them apprised of any schedule changes
Prepare and maintain annual marketing budget
Develop campaigns and media marketing strategies that promotes Fetch, its mission, core values and expertise in veterinary specialty and emergency medicine
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data
Create & maintain weekly call list, call-report and off-site calendar for referrals and veterinary practice visits
Constant awareness of territory markets and hospitals, market potentials, and keeping current on changes that are taking place in these markets
Acts as the key liaison with local veterinary medical associations and other business and professional associations in the territory
Actively create and implement goal oriented, market-specific plans
Posting and creating creative content for our social media outlets
Create short videos for social media for Patient of the Week and educational posts.
Build, develop and maintain rDVM relationships through on-site visits, CE Programs, email and social media campaigns, as well as lunch and learns
Organize community outreach through local event
Maintain fetchvets.com website as needed to account for local events and client testimonials, news and articles
Design constant contact fliers for the announcement of events
Create and update current Fetch marketing materials with the assistance of our graphic designer and Fetch Admin team
Update and maintain referral practice staff (DVMs) names and key points of contact information in database /scheduling site (Ex.: ezyVet)
REQUIRED ROUTINE ACTIVITIES:
40-50% travel within territory
Attend professional conventions & seminars to maintain and continuously improve marketing knowledge & skills.
Promote Fetch and its services through marketing efforts, attending local continuing education seminars, participating in luncheons with community hospitals.
Promote Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers and its services at regional, national meetings.
Write content for Fetch social media platforms, newsletters, marketing materials and websites.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related discipline
Training in social media, public relations, business, communications and/or marketing preferred.
Highly creative with experience in devising social media and digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics and tools.
At least 1 year of marketing experience (1 to 3 preferred) in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferably in the veterinary industry.
