OFFICER, MEMBERSHIP MARKETING, COMMUNITY , Solve , to work on community marketing in support of Solve's mission of advancing lasting solutions from tech entrepreneurs to address the world's most pressing problems. Will grow Solve's membership base by attracting more qualified leads through targeted communication, relevant content, and marketing campaigns; work with the community and sponsorship teams to build upon the existing member life cycle--from identification through conversion and renewal; collaborate with the communications team to determine the digital content necessary to continuously improve lead generation and nurturing; build and manage email nurture campaigns, including A/B testing, developing effective calls to action, and related strategies to improve conversation rates; create and manage the dissemination of the year-long program, content, and communication with both leads and members of the Solve community; track, measure, and analyze results on a monthly basis against objectives to better understand how lifecycle marketing activities build Solve's pipeline and convert members; and provide recommendations and actions on how best to improve results and continuously grow lead generation via outbound strategies.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; three years' experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing; experience with programs similar to HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce; excellent communication and writing skills; meticulous attention to detail; self-motivation; understanding of digital marketing for business development; and ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines a fast-paced environment. Seek a collaborative, flexible, data-driven team player who is able to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs. PREFERRED : experience in social and/or environmental impact organization; interest in social impact and marketing trends; and experience in sales, business development, or nonprofit development.
