Belhaven University, a Christian university committed to the ministry of integrating biblical truth and learning, is searching for the ideal candidate for a Business Administration professor with credentials in Marketing for our main campus in Jackson, Mississippi. The ideal candidate has a heart for Christ Jesus and for our students. This is a tenure track position and rank is open.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate business students in classroom and online environments to both traditional and nontraditional students. In addition to marketing, the ability to teach global business, entrepreneurship, or business research methods would be a plus. Additional responsibilities include providing academic advising and curriculum development.
Requirements A Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing is required. In addition, the candidate must show a commitment to ministering to both traditional and nontraditional students in their lives, education, and careers.
The successful candidate must articulate a Christian worldview in one's teaching and academic discipline and fully support the University Vision, Mission, and Statement of Faith as articulated at: http://www.belhaven.edu/Belhaven/mission.htm.
