Job DescriptionThe Senior Director is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the active adult marketing work group within the U. S. strategic property marketing business unit. The primary focus is on overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, and ensuring that core activities, tasks, and responsibilities related to the U. S. active adult management portfolio are accomplished. The position is responsible for monitoring the performance of the portfolio and identifying and implementing action to maximize performance and achieve operational excellence that achieve client satisfaction and position the company as an industry leader.
Sets and articulates the vision and strategy for active adult marketing in the U.S.
Partners with key business leaders to gather information to understand the priorities and needs of the U.S. active adult business andensures the function is aligned with their priorities, as well as the Greystar enterprise strategy.
Leads and manages the U.S.-based, active adult property marketing team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and managing team members in accordance with the company s HR policies and practices, and in a way that facilitates the individual and team achievement of high performance.
EducationAn advanced degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business is preferred.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing supervisory role with local and remote staff.
Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry or a customer service-oriented company required.
Experience marketing to persons aged 55 and older preferred.
