The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of the regional marketing strategy. This role contributes to the RVP Region Commercial plan integration and development and owns the execution of key marketing campaigns and tactics to drive business growth. The FMS works closely with Regional Marketing Leader, Field Sales, and Sales Operations team members to execute the plan.
Build out territory field marketing programs with sales by executing the following:
Leading field marketing process by collaborating with global operations to execute territory marketing programs
Support RML in recommending and project managing field events for specific campaigns or programs, and tools based on perceived and identified sales needs
Including: Project management of RAOTM and Automation Fair
Lead event enablement activity with regional sales and act as subject matter expert, trainer and partner to drive sales team participation and maximize effectiveness.
Measured by opportunities in the sales pipeline, working with regional sales leadership to set goals
Responsible for delivery of event package; including sales tools (modern marketing tools), competitive information, and thought leadership pieces designed to stimulate sales
Support the ongoing education of Rockwell Automation integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Provide support through NA/Global sales tools: Seismic, Dynamics, Zift - use these to build field marketing programs. Be the subject matter expert.

Support the goal setting for sales, funnel, wins, competitive buying influencers (CBI's) for all commercial activities and measure performance against goals.

Own Process and application to execute marketing planning in the field
Work with sales development team (tele) to grow, support and track marketing programs events and overall territory lead generation

Make sense of what we've done and what we have vs. where we want to be
Leverage the SFA dashboard and campaign results; make recommendations for field executed tactics
Monitor leads dashboard specific to events
Track marketing generated win/ loss data
Campaign ID updates
Stay aligned with regional and territory priorities, target goals, objectives and programs
Consistently track regional field marketing ROI to analyze and provide insights into field marketing activities
Provide readouts to RML and extended marketing team (Pre and Post show analysis)
Be the source for data
Track field marketing spend, and align with overall marketing budget
Support distributor collaboration framework
Participate in collaboration meetings, be a subject matter expert for information, point-of-contact for field marketing process
Support internal and partner communication cadences(Communication to field sales, Amplify, Distributor Marketing Call)
Lead or support Marketing Process Improvement initiatives for NA
