PURPOSE OF JOB:Responsible for providing administrative support for the daily operations of the Marketing department. These duties involve a wide range of functions designed to promote our organization and increase Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma
Professional image and attitude, must have exceptional customer service skills.
College coursework in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related discipline required.
3 to 5 years of Business administration experience required.
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related discipline preferred.
Must have strong technical skills with MS Office Suite; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point.
Experience with MatrixCare is a plus
Must remain transparent in all customer/client relations building strong, effective working relationships.
Work collaboratively as a team member.
Practices good judgment.
Self-motivated, confident, and creative. High level of accuracy, paying attention to detail
Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
Ability to work individually with self-driven projects.
Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
40 hour workweek; Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.
