This role will ensure our provider profiles are accurate and continually optimize and improve them with the goal of increasing patient appointment. This role requires strong communication skills and organizational agility through management of marketing systems, processes, tools and technology. This position reports to the Director of Marketing for UW Medicine and will be responsible for workflow process development and documentation, technology and automation management, content and creative elements, and stakeholder management.This role will play an integral part maintaining and optimizing UW Medicine's physician biographies and databases. The Marketing Program Manager will be expected to achieve subject matter expertise in website content management system coordination, taxonomy and structured data, and be able to contribute to integration and optimization strategies. Excellent communication skills are paramount in this role as the Marketing Program Manager will work closely with a variety of resources: Internal digital, UX, account, creative, and editorial teams; System wide service line and entity clients; Physicians and providers; as well as external vendors.The Marketing Program Manager plays a pivotal role in positively impacting the public's perception and access to our system wide physicians and providers of UW Medicine. The Marketing Program Manager is technology inclined, passionate about marketing, can research solutions to problems, and has an analytical mind. This role has significant impact to UW Medicine and how people are able to review, consider, engage and make appointments with UW Medicine physicians and find clinic locations for patient care. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESClient Communications: This person will be the primary point of contact between our physicians and the marketing team. His / her primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of UW Medicine physician and provider biographies on UWMedicing.org. This person will create routine and effective communications about relevant provider/bio information to individuals and stakeholders.Program Management: Work independently to manage timelines, scope, objectives, resources, and budgets, and ensure that changes are being documented throughout the appropriate project workflow. Ensure complete provider profile integrity on UW Medicine.org. Manage and use resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keep others informed of work plans and progress toward goals. Set project scopes, objectives, resources, budgets, and timelines. Consolidate information from various sources including feedback from others. Act as project manager to drive work team to deliver project components on time and in brand standards.Workflow Process Development: Help develop/ define workflow processes including but not limited to data management, benchmarking and assessments, reporting, and competitive intelligence and insights. Conduct ongoing audit and reporting to internal and stakeholder audience (monthly and or quarterly). This person will be asked to establish, socialize and enforce governance over the UWMedicine system wide physician profiles.Change Management: Conduct ongoing audit and reporting to internal and stakeholder audience (monthly and or quarterly). Maintain flexible viewpoints and positions that can change as additional information becomes available.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of experience.This position requires a dedicated and curious thinker who can seek new ways to innovate and evolve the marketing of UW Medicine physicians and providers.
