The Youth Segment, FRANK by OCBC, engages youths 16-29 as the future acquisition pipeline for the bank, with a differentiated simple, stylish and meaningful experience for youths. The young professionals/new-to-workforce team within the Youth Segment deepens FRANK by OCBC's penetration among 23 to 29 year old young working professionals by:
· Ensuring continued growth of new customer acquisitions and improve engagement with the existing customer base through customer relationship management: (i) Acquire new customers (OCBC 360 Account acquisitions) (ii) Increase Salary Crediting penetration of customers (iii) Work collaboratively with team members to engage customers through cross-sell initiatives (OCBC 365 Credit Card, FRANK Credit Card, Life Insurance and Investments) to deepen engagement
· Working collaboratively with internal multi-functional stakeholders and creative/media agency partners to meet Segment targets: (i) Develop business analysis plans with product teams (Deposits, Cards etc) to improve acquisition plans for young professionals, including developing new product propositions and promotions. (ii) Manage projects with agency partners to ensure timeline and budget ROI delivery (iii) Work with Customer Experience Research team and Data Analytics team to improve campaign performance, Customer Net Promoter Score for young professionals and improve brand experience and channel touch points with the bank. (iv) Work with e-Business team to digitise product sign-up process, and develop mobile banking journeys that meet young professionals' money management and lifestyle needs.
· Working with New-to-workforce team lead to build content strategy for young professionals, including managing e-newsletters, social posts and blog posts relevant to young working professionals, FRANK Store collaterals in-branch.
Qualifications · 4-5 years' working experience in a banking/finance role and/or marketing/business development role dealing with youths. · Personal attributes: articulate (strong presentation skills), analytical (comfortable with data and numbers), independent, customer-centric, collaborative (able to influence stakeholders internally and externally).
