Purpose of this Position
The Digital Marketing Manager's goal is to drive inbound leads to National Speed Performance Consultants at all National Speed locations. This is done by writing and managing our email marketing (including audience segmentation, email marketing planning, placing and optimizing), website content, and other digital marketing campaigns, such as paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter, paid search with the Google PPC, SEO, and CPA campaigns, all with quantifiable ROI.
What You'll Do
Develop the digital marketing plan intended to grow key KPI’s, increase brand awareness, and maximize revenue for store locations.
Enhance the company’s paid marketing efforts through the use of emerging technologies, allowing for more in-depth monitoring, optimization, and conversion tracking.
Oversee the creation of audience segments and execution of hyper-targeted campaigns.
Manage and oversee the company’s email marketing program, including but not limited to monthly newsletters, partner promotions, and event campaigns.
Ensure National Speed receives coverage in 3rd party print and digital media.
Be the digital “eyes and ears” of the brand and continue to build an overall reputation that is aligned with company branding guidelines and policies.
Management of all photo, video, and written content projects that will live on digital platforms.
Work closely with the design team to develop creative for all digital ad campaigns and videos that drives a specific KPI.
Forge strong and trusted relationships with key local brand evangelists and encourage interaction across our channels.
Manage centralized marketing reports and campaign recap presentations.
Effectively identify, respond to, and solve problems – it is your responsibility to lead!
Required Skills & Experience
Must have general performance automotive technical acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields.
Strong knowledge of the major social media networks including their design, technology, functionality, and users.
Strong understanding of Google Ads and YouTube Marketing.
Track record showing the ability to increase SEO rankings.
Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Experience with website management software.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous work experience in the speed industry.
