BNY Mellon Investment Management, which is the umbrella name for all the investment management subsidiaries and affiliates within BNY Mellon, currently has a presence in 6 countries in Asia Pacific, namely Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Australia. BUILD AND EXECUTIVELY EXECUTE WORLD CLASS MARKETING STRATGEY FOR INTERMERDAIRY AND INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS IN ASIA PACIFIC - Work alongside the distribution, business and central marketing team to develop an integrated marketing strategy for APAC which is in line with sales objectives and marketing objectives. Strategy should include all elements of the marketing mix, including but not limited to events, campaigns, digital and content. Effectively deliver the strategy in regions and optimize based on results. Ensure strategy is communicated with key stakeholders, and investment firms.
DRIVE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE FOR APAC - Execute digital initiatives in the region to ensure excellent digital client experience. Manage the regional websites and content strategy for the regional social media channels.
ENSURE ROBUST MARKETING SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES ARE IN PLACE FOR APAC - Work alongside central marketing functions to ensure we have the correct systems and processes in place in the APAC region to ensure compliant and effective delivery of marketing communications.
EFFECTIVELY EXECUTE INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS IN THE REGION - Plan and execute integrated campaigns in the region which span the marketing mix to deliver increased awareness for BNY Mellon Investment Management and our suite of products. Tailor campaign activities to each country and client segment where needed.
BUILD AND EXECUTE A STRONG EVENTS PROGRAMME - Build and execute a strong events programme which supports the sales effort and campaigns in the region. Leverage cross business opportunities and increase client loyalty and engagement
ENSURE ALL MARKETING COMMUNCIATIONS AND ACTIVITIES ARE ON BRAND AND HELP BUILD OUR BRAND EQUITY - With the introduction of a strong brand for BNY Mellon Investment in May 2019. Ensure all marketing programmes and true to the new brand and build upon the ethos of the brand in future campaigns and initiatives.
DRIVE A CULTURE OF ACCOUNTABLE MARKETING -Ensure all marketing activities are measureable. Provide regular reporting on activities to stakeholders and investment firms and use this to inform decision making. Champion Marketing Automation within APAC.
FOSTER EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS THE BUSINESS INCLUDING SALES, COMPLIANCE AND PRODUCT TEAMS - Manage and foster excellent relationships across the business.
COLLOBORATE WITH SALES TEAM TO DRIVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT MIX - Influence the right product mix to meet the needs of customer and shareholders. Identify KPIs and manage marketing activities around them, communicating results and adjusting strategy accordingly
COMPETITOR INSIGHTSAND ANALYTICS - Periodically conduct competitive market analysis to enhancethe value propositions

Degree level education (Marketing, Finance orrelated degree is preferred)
Significant experience of working in financialservices and in particular Asset Management within a marketing role.
Strong understanding of the distributionlandscape and client profiles of institutional clients in APAC.
Digitally savvy, experience with publishingwebsites and Marketing Automation.
Fluid command of both English and Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese).
Excellent verbal and written communication andpresentation skills, and the ability to interface directly with internal andexternal clients.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel,Marketing Automation and website publishing
