Participate in the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, using the full marketing mix, to deliver against institutional product priorities and sales initiatives
Coordinate translations from English into Dutch or German for campaign-related materials
Proprietary and sponsored events co-ordination: participate in the crafting of invitation messaging; coordinate with design, location research and booking, retro-planning of the event and on site coordination with the providers
CRM support: maintain contact lists for mailings and direct engagement (experience with Salesforce would be appreciated)
Digital marketing (experience with Marketo would be appreciated): help create local email and web campaigns
Help co-ordinate PR activities working with a local dedicated PR agency in the Netherlands and Germany
Participate to 'business as usual' marketing tasks (collateral printings, ad hoc PR questionnaires, handle collateral stock, logistics for press interviews...)
Collaborate with EMEA and central London Marketing and business resources to ensure delivery of the European Marketing plan.
Understand the business targets for Continental Europe, trends and key products.
Reporting and metrics on local marketing activity
Relevant masters' degree
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the finance industry
Knowledge of asset management sector/products is a bonus
Fluent in English. German or Dutch knowledge would be an advantage, but no must.
Capability to work within a global team with different nationalities, based throughout Europe
Curiosity, flexibility, pro-activeness and hands-on attitude
