We're a forward-thinking independent school in Greenwich, CT looking to hire a strategic-minded Director of Marketing and Communications. This is a full-time, 12 month role at our N-8 Private School in Greenwich, CT. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing major digital and print marketing initiatives. Additionally, the right candidate will be able to provide concrete examples of how they've leveraged data to inform strategic planning, developed original content such as blog posts, articles or videos, managed Google AdWord campaigns, promoted public-facing events, developed partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations and crafted effective communications. This role is a member of the school's senior leadership team. Note that we'll give special attention to any candidates with experience marketing education-related products.
What You'll be Doing:
Manage the school's website via HubSpot's CMS.
Develop and/or oversee school-wide communications to parents.
Regular updating of the school's social media accounts with fresh content.
Ideate and execute on multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage content to increase organic traffic and capture and convert leads.
Manage online and traditional advertising spends.
Creative promotion of internal and external events through various communication channels.
Develop automated workflows that nurture leads on the buyer's journey.
Provide support to different internal departments in crafting communications, developing digital and print collateral and promoting initiatives.
Refine school messaging.
