Reporting to the Assistant Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives for a portfolio of more than 60 HBS Executive Education programs offered in Boston, China, India, and the UAE. As a key member of the digital strategy team, this individual will focus on day to day operations, assistance in campaign planning, execution, and analysis. This digital-savvy marketer will engage in efforts to support advertising, email, social media and out of home initiatives contributing to the achievement of HBS Executive Education's enrollment goals. Core Responsibilities
Assist with email marketing planning, reporting as well as conducting daily imports and data segmentation
Understand the complexity of department's advertising structure, strategy, process and relationships; assisting with day to day operations and tracking
Collaborate with integrated marketing specialist to assist with the development of engaging social media campaigns and attend on-campus events to capture content as needed
Coordinate project base needs between staff and vendors (graphic design requests, building necessary reports, processing payment, collecting assets, communicating updates/deadlines)
Keep marketing reporting clean and up to date, developing and refining processes
Support of Marketing & Sales team budget tracking and processes
Proofreading copy and reviewing email tests
Conduct special projects as assigned
Stay current with digital marketing trends/best practices and seek professional development opportunities to grow skills
Other duties as assigned

Three plus (3+) years' experience in digital marketing, and/or communications and/or experience related to this field of work.
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related area.
Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced organization and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Project management and effective time management skills are essential
Excellent written communication skills and keen editorial eye
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is critical
Strong interpersonal communication skills including the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, such as participants, faculty, and staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
Understanding of email marketing basics including compliance (i.e. GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Experience with Salesforce, or similar Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Familiarity with social media platforms, email management, and analytics systems (i.e. Spredfast, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
HTML skills (any level)
Adobe Creative Suite experience (any level)
