Summary of Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the position will be to develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans to market and promote women’s basketball and other assigned sports.
Working with members of coaching staff, ticketing and communications staffs to create campaigns.
Coordinating and managing game day event activities, managing community relations events.
Serving as a liaison to community groups for FAU Athletics.
Working with ticket sales and corporate sponsorship staff to implement contractual elements.
Other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience required.
Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must also have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
