CRM Marketing Consultants will report directly to the CRM Constituent Experience Leader and will be tasked with helping evolve our usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) through constituent journey mapping and execution. This role will leverage documented journey maps and adapt them for schools and departments on their assigned campuses to build journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Automation Studio. This role will have experience in lifecycle marketing and marketing automation. This role will participate in journey mapping workshops to help partners deepen their understanding of their constituencies’ journeys and to identify opportunities to interact with constituents more effectively. This role will use Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder to build automated campaign series, primarily utilizing email. This role will help guide efforts towards building an integrated constituent journey across both online and offline channels. This role will have a high level understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud as well as SFMC and understand how we manage data and constituent interactions in each platform. This role will be well versed in email marketing including best practices, building campaigns, testing, and analytics.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar disciplines and three years of user experience, journey mapping, marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and database marketing.
