DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR , Resource Development (RD)- Office of Communications and Events , to lead the planning, creation, and implementation of long-term digital marketing strategies for development communications that help to achieve RD's engagement, fund-raising, and stewardship objectives. Will manage the digital marketing team and work closely with colleagues throughout RD and across the Institute to develop digital content that demonstrates the impact of donor support at MIT, markets RD events, and enables frontline fund-raisers to maximize philanthropic investment in MIT.
REQUIRED : bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline; at least five years' professional digital marketing experience; two years' supervisory/management experience; proven track record utilizing digital technology and channels; exceptional marketing communications skills; proven ability to lead and implement digital marketing campaigns while utilizing industry best practices and maintaining high standards; ability to independently prioritize concurrent projects, handle large volume of work, see the
