The Marketing and Design Coordinator will create and coordinate production of fliers, ads, galleys and catalogs; manage website and social media platforms; edit/proof read news releases, media pitches, and jacket copy; layout catalogs (using a template) and coordinate cover design with vendor; order and mail book galleys; coordinate the Press's exhibit and conference program; compile and update book metadata; create and distribute email promotions; represent the Press at local signings and special events; and perform other duties as assigned.
