To coordinate all group sales efforts for all tickets sports (football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball); game-day activities in all sports; and give-away items sponsorships; design game promotions; prepare advertising both for print and for radio; plan, budget, and coordinate future game promotions. Coordinate in-game marketing and promotions for various sports; write, create, and execute season-long marketing campaigns.
Supervise, direct, delegate, and evaluate work of assigned staff; Create, implement, and manage promotions; Interact with media relations and staff to coordinate athletic events and sponsorship’s; Game-day management and preparation; Provides hands-on experience for marketing students; Work with marketing team to develop strategies to increase attendance and revenues; Perform related duties as required.
Ability to direct, evaluate, train, and supervise the work of assigned personnel; develop and maintain effective working relationships; maintain accurate and orderly records; use independent judgment and initiative; organize and direct activities; analyze and evaluate information; work outside of the normal business hours, including weekends and evenings.
