Assist the Managing Directors with moving key prospects through the sales pipeline, throughout the Asia Pacific regions;
Support the Asia team through systematic activities such as initial contact (via phone or email), nurture prospects through defined campaigns and content, comfort in conversing with prospects on proposals, manage and track the sales cycle, using Sales Force, to help inform the company wide sales metrics.
Assist with business proposals, presentations and contracts;
Attend prospect meetings as needed
Support and assist global marketing and inside sales to ensure Asia campaigns are executed;
Develop and deploy marketing materials, initiatives, campaigns and events for Asia Pacific;
Help Identify partnerships and marketing channels to raise brand exposure and generate quality leads;
Assist with media enquiries in Asia Pacific;
Participate in growth strategy for current clients as directed
Attend regular conference call with global senior management team to dicuss business strategies (US time);
Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic, Finance or other equivalent disciplines
5 years professional work experience in supporting sales, marketing and revenue generating functions
Have experience in running marketing events & activities
Fast learner with high level of attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsible and strong sense of ownership
Independent worker comfortable with flat organization structure.
Professional & sophisticated communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in PC skills in MS office
Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would be an advantage
Immediate availability is preferable
