Formed in 2011, ACMP is a not-for-profit professional association that supports and grows the profession of Change Management.
To provide support and assistance to the ACMP marketing team to help increase the reach, impact and visibility of ACMP through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR, in the US and internationally. The Marketing and Communication Department works to market to new and potential customers and members, as well as develop and create outstanding communication to existing stakeholders such as existing members, chapters, volunteers, etc.

This role will support and help execute with guidance and leadership from the Director on strategy, messaging, policies, and best practices around all ACMP communication, marketing and branding efforts. This includes the development of not only ACMP’s story, content and overall marketing and communication plans but also the execution across multiple media sources such as website, social media, digital advertising, emails, events, etc.

Designs and creates the front and back end of websites, mobile sites, accessibility functionality, and landing pages.
Manages the ACMP emails that are sent daily, including creating them and sending through our platforms to the correct audience. List segmentation experience a plus.
Manages content of the ACMP global website (acmpglobal.org) and any future microsites, including architecture, navigation, design, and search engine optimization (SEO). Ensure a focused message and site content that is dynamic, current, informative and engaging.
Provide benchmarks and consistently analyze metrics to measure effectiveness of online initiatives, make recommendations, and inform the Association for decision-making purposes.
Reviews and supports current code and other internal resources to ensure the sites performs as expected. Conducts maintenance checks as needed.
Can implement Google analytics on our site and report our results.
Demonstrated ability to support a variety of digital systems such as customer relationship management platforms (YM, Aptify or Personify), video hosting services (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). Must be able and willing to acquire the skills to support existing information data systems (ex: Experience working with online applications backend membership databases).
Write/edit/revise body content and communications material for final publication.
Gather, analyze and produce visually appealing customer information data.
Lead and foster growth and professional development of the marketing team.
Implement ACMP brand and trademarks, with particular emphasis on ensuring appropriate practices regarding protected information and sensitive data.
Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of directly related full-time professional experience preferably within an association.
Experience working with diverse populations and with globally-oriented web material.
Prior work experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming and development required.
Prior experience with database administration practices with knowledge of a server-side language.
Prior experience writing public-facing copy and ability to use design in a creative and effective way.
Ability to find quick solutions to any issues that may arise.
Excellent problem-solving, creative and analytical skills required.
Stats analysis/data cleaning and proper back end database management experience.
Great communication skills and a positive attitude is a must.
Demonstrated customer service experience requiring a very high level of diplomacy and professionalism
Demonstrated understanding of information security best-practices and familiarity with FERPA and GDPR requirements.
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.
Thorough mastery of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Telecommuting is allowed.
