Directs programs to drive member development for ASCRS and ASOA including campaign deployment and onboarding initiatives.
Builds and sustains strong member relations through attentive detail in handling member requests and volunteer interaction.
Leads and manages annual meeting registration team.
Manages member/prospective member databases in Association Management System.
Collaborates with data analytics team on membership data management and reporting.
Adheres to deadlines and supports the ongoing development of program project plans and process documentation.
Demonstrates flexibility and problem-solving skills to resolve situations in a professional and calm manner.
Spot membership retention trends and insights to inform responsive strategic solutions.
Provides budget management and invoice processing support.
Qualifications, Experience, knowledge, and skill requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of relevant professional experience with administrative, membership, community, events, agency and/or association management experience desired. Healthcare, science experience a plus.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and possess a positive, team-player attitude.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
4-5 years relevant experience; marketing or customer service-oriented experience preferred
Proficiency with AMS/CMS or similar data base
Excellent client service orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with digital tools including Nimble, Informz, Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
The ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects at once, to take initiative and to work independently or on a team.
