The Property Marketing Studio Account Manager focuses on customer service, problem-solving and overall client relations, as well as the accurate and timely delivery of marketing materials. They serve as a property marketing advocate for sales teams and are responsible for gathering the materials necessary and managing resources to ensure projects deliver on time and as expected. The Studio Account Manager serves as the team lead for the Property Marketing Studio and is the main set of eyes for all of their projects.
Tracks and monitors client preferences, builds and maintains relationships
Works with the sales team to determine the correct marketing strategy and connect them with the appropriate property marketing resources
Works with the sales team to gather all information necessary to make a project actionable
Structures project folders for ease of use and ensures project folders remain organized
Engages outside resources if necessary
May engage with local or service line leadership to advocate on behalf of a client
Creates projects in Workfront and communicates project information to the creative team
Reviews all drafts for accuracy
Makes sure each draft reflects the client's instructions or revisions
Ensures client preferences are met
Ensures CBRE brand requirements are met
Ensures deadlines and expectations are met
Archives old versions and old projects and creates a system for easily accessing those archives
Works with the creative team to coordinate printing / shipping / mailing
Ensures files are placed in the BOC folders when a job is complete
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate complex figures.
Ability to forecast and prepare budgets.
Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
