Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Assistant Director of International Marketing is responsible for leading the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy for DCE s international programs aimed at expansion and growth in the international marketplace (including travel, digital marketing efforts, print, agent relations/production, student recruitment, business development and lead generation). Benchmark and monitor the competitive landscape, comparing marketing and recruitment approaches and oversee market research studies to identify trends in program demand and formulate strategic travel and outreach plans. Represents DCE internationally and serves as the main point of contact with current and prospective agents, universities, and institutions and continually develops and executes strategies to form new strategic partnerships. Advise Director of Marketing and other DCE leaders on new program development based on market trends. Develop strategies for engaging with agents and partners and creates incentives for increased production. Provide new agents with orientations and consistently enhance the skills of existing agents and partners by conducting ongoing training opportunities. Develop and oversee marketing budget for international programs and allocation of spend to various marketing initiatives. Provide Director of Marketing with updates on a quarterly basis, recapping spends, identifying potential shifts in budgetary plans based on ROI analysis, and discussing upcoming initiatives.

Salary: Range $70,000.00 - $89,432.00 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Will need to have automobile for traveling throughout Southern California. Must be willing and able to travel, mostly abroad (up to 30%). Must be able to work occasionally on evenings and weekends. Final candidate subject to background check.
