Information on the Department:
Enrollment Management Operations works collaboratively with Undergraduate, Graduate and Online Admissions, Marketing, Visitor Services and the Alumni Ambassador Office to support all recruitment efforts or initiatives by providing the following skills/functions:
Administer/Manage admissions technologies and data integrations
Create and implement efficient work flows/processes
Collect, enter, maintain and export data
Provide solutions and troubleshoot
The Admissions and Marketing Systems Analyst supports recruitment efforts by ensuring optimal integration and performance of all admissions and marketing technology systems. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, S/he will work closely with the EM Operations and Marketing teams, as well as third party vendors to support the needs of Enrollment Management.
Responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of various data integrations with Radius CRM to ensure optimal performance in conjunction with other enrollment management/marketing systems (ERP Colleague by Ellucian, Hubspot marketing automation system, VisitDays, GeckoForm, and other 3rd party partner systems).
Provide integration and data transfer solutions with the goal of improving current practice for managing the export and import of prospect lists and/or pay per lead services from various partners/vendors. Assist with data imports/exports as needed.
Troubleshoot CRM and integration issues, and work with vendor(s) to resolve or provide solutions.
Monitor routine system upgrades, learn new functionality and look for ways to leverage enhancements.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the university's recruitment/marketing technology landscape. Advise team members on the capabilities and limitations of systems; provide support and share best practices.
Monitor recruitment/marketing systems to anticipate performance issues and potential enhancements.
Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to support objectives.
Liaise with colleagues in Enrollment Management Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, as well as external vendors and other stakeholders, to integrate marketing technologies with other systems, ensuring optimal user experience and campaign performance.
Participate in enrollment management technology project planning, oversight, and completion.
Bachelor's degree and professional experience working with database systems.
Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing technologies, including CRM systems, as well as proficiency with using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Demonstrated understanding of database systems and structures, APIs and web service technologies.
Demonstrated success in critical thinking by applying problem solving practices, acquiring relevant information, evaluating alternatives and making appropriate recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail and accuracy of data and information.
Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated interest in learning new skills as new challenges arise.
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; if you hold a visa, your visa status must allow you to work at Lesley University.
3 - 5 years of experience working with database systems
Experience in Higher Education or Marketing with some knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions procedures
Experience with data mapping and integrating data across multiple, complex technology solutions
Salary Grade 26: $58,990 - $70,198
