We are a commercial offset & digital printer located in Chicago’s western suburbs and currently looking to expand our marketing efforts in the digital space. We seek a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for implementing and managing a marketing and communications program to increase our revenue stream.This role is involved in coordinating, guiding and contributing to the creation of marketing content, managing social marketing, executing outbound marketing campaigns as well as providing sales support. This individual will execute marketing initiatives across all touchpoints, acting as project manager and hands-on executor where needed for SEO, SEM, traditional media, social media, trade shows, content, PPC, etc.The Marketing Specialist is accountable for monitoring results and ensuring that efforts are meeting objectives that are in line with the needs and mission of the Company. Will assist in generating monthly reports of website, CRM and email analytics, and analyze these reports to provide suggestions to the website and multi-channel marketing strategy.
Three to five years of relevant digital marketing experience (preferably in software or technology) and general marketing expertise
Strong written communications skills – emails, newsletters, blogs, content pieces, etc.
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
Solid MS Office/Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with an automated marketing CRM platform; HubSpot preferred
Collaborative, flexible, can do attitude
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
