CentraState Healthcare System's marketing team is currently seeking a Digital Marcom Specialist to work 30 hours/4 days per week. The hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, prescription and PTO benefits. The Digital Marcom Specialist will be responsible for Web Content Maintenance, SEO/SEM management and our e-newsletter. The Digital Marcom Specialist must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, great written communication skills and prior marketing or advertising experience with healthcare exposure a plus. The Digital Marcom Specialist will be tasked with keeping up with the ever changing landscape of digital marketing.
Works collaboratively with the public relations (PR)/marketing team, agencies and other partners to optimize online patient acquisition by:
Planning and executing web, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals ie return on investment and key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) system to identify key market populations, create relevant messaging/campaigns for those audiences, and develop ways to measure engagement
Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Overseeing content development and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels, including video
Working with internal departments to consistently update and maintain web copy
Evaluating emerging technologies and provide recommendations where appropriate
Building and maintaining a strong digital presence for CentraState’s employed physician groups
Planning and executing any online physician co-op campaigns
Suggesting and performing any necessary online research studies in order to drive both web and organizational strategies
BS degree in marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years in a marketing or advertising role.
Healthcare experience a plus, but not required.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Monmouth Crossing – Freehold's first assisted living community, providing 76 apartments (94 beds).
The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center – a skilled-nursing facility licensed for 123 beds that accommodates short- and long-term stays.
