The Associate Director, Integrated Marketing, Executive Education will manage end-to-end planning, creation and execution of B2B direct response marketing campaigns to support Chicago Booth Executive Education program enrollment. Specifically, works with the Senior Associate Director of Marketing to develop online and offline growth strategies to manage lead generation, expand participant acquisition channels and increase user engagement. The Associate Director will manage print advertising, online advertising, website, microsites/landing pages, direct mail and email campaigns for Custom and Open Enrollment programs.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns ensuring creative deliverables are met and aligned with overall campaign objectives for Custom and Open Enrollment Executive Education programs. Plans and executes advertising, direct mail and email marketing campaigns on time and within budget.Manages creation of print ads, social media ads, banner ads, landing pages and other digital assets. Print and online media buying and planning.Provides content management for the Executive Education website using Site Core.Ensures data quality and hygiene across all lead generations programs. Provides campaign and site tracking and performance/ROI reporting across all marketing campaigns (internal and third-party reporting tools; Google Analytics).Manage production budgets and ROI for each campaign based on analysis of historical performance.Proactively initiate ideas for testing new digital marketing campaigns and work with internal and external resources to develop and execute.Manages outside creative and production vendor and agency relationships to maximize effectiveness; creates clear performance metrics with vendors and agencies; holds vendors and agencies accountable for performance.
