Boston University's Creative Services group is seeking an Account Management Supervisor to support the branding initiatives of the University. Develop and build relationships with senior clients and foster client satisfaction. Manage and mentor multiple account team members and provide project leadership to team members for strategy development, presentation skills and implementation of individual projects. Oversee high level print and web projects. Foster collaborative relationships within Creative Services and across the University, and reinforce Creative Services as a trusted resource for strategic marketing communications.
Salary: Grade 75
BA/BS, and/or 5-8 years work experience in marketing communications, particularly in an agency setting or a fast-paced environment. Strong team management experience. Thorough understanding of interactive design and print processes. Proven problem solving capabilities. Able to be flexible and adaptable. Ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative and productive working relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exude professional poise, presence and confidence. Ability to think independently and make decisions. A qualified candidate will have an understanding of higher education trends, developments and the competitive landscape.
