Army West Point, an NCAA Division I Institution, invites applications for the position of Assistant Director of Marketing – Creative Media. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Senior Associate Athletic Director.
The responsibilities of this job include:
- Produce engaging content in the form of photography, short form video and graphic design to effectively promote Army West Point Athletics.
- Set and maintain standards of excellence for imagery used across all social media platforms.
- Direct the production and distribution of visual content on all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and select venue videoboard content.
- Projects include hype videos, spirit elements, social media interactives, website features, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic arts/design, media, marketing or related field; at least one year of experience in college or professional athletics; Proficiency required in Adobe Creative Suite and Video production software including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X; demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills; and the ability to work athletic events, irregular schedules, weekends and evenings required.
