The National Association of Home Builders is seeking Marketing Manager who will work with the Director of Brand Marketing and the Membership Development team to increase membership and improve retention for general membership and assist with council marketing. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of marketing plans and implementing the strategies and tactics outlined in these plans. The Manager will also be responsible for enhancing the visibility of member benefits and marketing the member recruitment program.
Qualified candidates will be able to think creatively and analytically and manage competing deadlines. Candidates should also be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoShop), MS Office programs, and should have general familiarity with web site development and management.
A minimum of four years of experience in marketing design and production process management is required. Candidates should have experience in developing and executing recruitment and retention membership marketing plans. Candidates should also have experience with list management and creating, writing, and deploying email marketing messages. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Association experience, with knowledge of trade association membership, is preferred.
