HLTH is the leading event covering healthcare innovation and is seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Director to be responsible for the strategy, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization of HLTH’s digital marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be based in HLTH’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters and should have some experience with healthcare marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for handling online marketing campaigns, manage HLTH’s social media channels, marketing budget and deliverables, and help create the campaign ideas to drive registrations.
The Digital Marketing Director will also be responsible for analysis of digital and some non-digital campaigns such as internet and magazine ads, and report on high-level metrics detailing customer interactions. The successful candidate will value a data-driven approach to marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or relevant field.
At least 2-3 years of related work experience in digital marketing in the healthcare sector or at an agency supporting health/wellness brands. Startup experience is a plus!
Hands-on experience and mastery across a variety of paid acquisition channels such as Linkedin, Facebook and Google AdWords.
Comfortable collaborating on an ad-hoc basis to implement instrumentation to support digital marketing programs and analytics.
Ability to write clear and compelling copy for digital programs and onsite initiatives.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving business goals.
