Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
One to three years of related marketing experience
Professional experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Excellent written and verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Knowledge of and professional experience with managing or utilizing web-based (Internet, intranet, social media, etc.) resources, opportunities and challenges
Ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with colleagues within and external to own unit, those to whom services are provided, vendors, the public, regulatory/governmental agencies, etc.
Demonstrated experience with development and implementation of marketing and communications plans
Experience in health care communications, especially with academic medical centers
