The RiverWoods Group, parent company of RiverWoods, a nationally-accredited non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Exeter; NH, is planning on building a new non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Durham, NH. Working with Greystone, a leading developer, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team.

Responsibilities for the Director will include but not limited to:
Oversight of all marketing initiatives and sales functions including; direct sales of residences, ongoing lead development, and participation in the development of the sales and marketing strategic plan.
Ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field, or equivalent experience is required
A minimum of five years managerial experience in a similar position in a senior living community and have proven selling abilities within the industry.
Must have strong organizational skills and the desire to lead.
Must be independent and self-motivated to achieve high goals.
