The Director, Admissions Marketing is a member of the department's senior leadership team, responsible for establishing the overall marketing messaging and communication strategy for the office of Full-Time Admissions. This includes the alignment of traditional marketing elements, email, print, digital, social and event based marketing, campus visit programs and admitted student events. The Director will work closely with the Associate Dean and the Director of Admissions Operations to ensure that recruiting strategies are in line with overall institutional goals and are effectively communicated and executed by the admissions office.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing and communication plans to attract top students to both apply and enroll in Chicago Booth's Full-time MBA program.- Manage all full-time marketing channels including email, print, digital and social channels.Works directly with the Booth central Marketing department to align strategies to promote the Booth Brand to key target audiences.- Oversees all Admissions Full-time communications to prospective students, admits, alumni, etc. including collaborations with the Dean's office, and various Booth publications.- Serves as primary liaison with strategic partners for survey development and market research projects.- Responsible for campus events including, campus visit program, Booth Live events and First Day (Admit Weekends).- Manages diversity recruitment initiatives including but limited to African-American, Hispanic-American, women and LGBTQ.- Assists with the marketing and oversite of Summer Business Scholars Initiative.- Create and manage overall yield experience for admitted students from the time of application to the time of enrollment.- Keeps office current of market trends and competition through benchmarking, research, surveys and overall market.- Develop and maintain analytics to track success of all marketing initiatives for quarterly and annual admission reports.- Primary liaison with the Booth Marketing, Student Services Office, Career Services and various academic centers.- Serve as a key member of the Admissions department evaluation team, making recommendations for both admissions and scholarship opportunities.- Manage the Admission events and marketing budget.- Travel and conduct admission presentations around the world.
