~~BRS responds to a known population of c. 150 proposals a year. BRS also creates c. 20+ marketing propositions per year.
Knowledge and Pitch supports BRS to create and deliver the above work as well as building and improving current proposal infrastructure (case studies/templates/CV storage, etc).
Currently the team is 5 (1 manager, 3 proposal 'specialists' and 1 market support - soon to be leaving) To support BRS' current demand, a further marketing resource is required to help with the creation of marketing documents. Due to the fluid nature of the work load the associate will also be expected to support with proposals, ad hoc. Markets o acts as a conduit between FS BRS subject matter experts and business development to communicate marketing initiatives o supports the business unit leads with their overall marketing propositions by project managing the creation of marketing documentation o to ensure that any marketing documents align with FS BRS/BRS marketing strategies o attends external events to create networks and potential new opportunities o involved , is an 'ambassador' of the firm demonstrating knowledge of its products and services o develops contacts within other service lines in the firm o project manages and creates proposal documents in response to RFPs

Operations o drives forward the project management of marketing documentation creation o maintains a detailed record of marketing documentation creation and costs o maintains the population of marketing documents to ensure that they are up to date, relevant and that adequate supplies are available at all times both in the London and other UK offices o supports the K&P team with the up keep of proposal template content and creation of new templates as and when required o reviews proposal and marketing documents to ensure high quality and accurate content o ensures all review points in proposals and marketing documentation are addressed/processed where directed o takes responsibility for personal efficiency Capabilities required: - Well organised, methodical with a keen eye for detail

Preferred for the role Sector/industry knowledge: · Large corporate – manufacturing, engineering, transport, retail, power, technology, support services · If not large corporate then financial services – insurance, banking, investment management, risk management, technology · Internal audit/strong project management experience in the above · Experience of researching thought leadership topics/developing marketing material · Prince II/equivalent or studying towards relevant proposal/marketing qualification
