The Manager of AONE Marketing Communications supports the organization’s strategic plan and operation effectiveness by carrying out assigned marketing initiatives for multiple programs and departments within AONE. Leadership role responsible for development, implementation and execution of marketing campaign strategies that align with the AONE strategic plan. Balances both the leadership and tactical aspects of the role which includes selecting and deploying broad marketing tactics (email, direct mail, social media, collateral, newsletters, website, advertising, etc.) and tracks/reports the results of each campaign. Supervises the work of the Sr. Marketing Specialist and Online Content Specialist.
1.Develops marketing plans in collaboration with AONE staff as well as with members and outside vendors in order to meet objectives.
2.Implements targeted marketing campaigns (print, online, email, social) with measurable objectives for assigned AONE program areas.
3.Contributes to the creation of promotional marketing communications which includes but is not limited to writing copy and distributing promotional collateral for assigned AONE program areas.
4.Manage staff responsible for executing specific marketing communications tactics that support all AONE products, programs and services.
5.Measures, tracks and reports on campaign progress, effectiveness and overall results utilizing the defined measurable objectives for the campaign. Adjusts campaign as needed based upon results.
6.Analyzes and evaluates appropriate marketing channels to support plans.
7.Develops and manages marketing financials or budgets for AONE programs and services.
8.Responsible for the overall management of the AONE brand and message calendar.
9.Stays abreast of the latest marketing trends and techniques and identifies and determines appropriate applications within AONE marketing strategy.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing, communications or advertising is required.
Experience developing and implementing marketing plans is required.
Experience managing employees is strongly preferred.
Experience creating engaging marketing materials is required.
Experience identifying target audience segments through business intelligence tools and understanding their needs is preferred.
