This System Recruitment Marketing Manager works with the system and regional HR and Marketing & Communication teams to develop and implement recruitment marketing plans and initiatives in support of system and regional recruitment plans. This includes advertising (traditional and digital), direct marketing campaigns to generate prospects and event materials for key recruitment events across the system. This manager also serves as liaison with human resource personnel in order to ensure recruitment marketing is aligned with recruitment goals.
Identifies key marketing focus areas in relation to recruitment goals across the system
Develops and implements system wide recruitment marketing plans to meet awareness and recruitment goals
Works with human resources to build alignment and develop market objectives
Serves as liaison and primary communication link between recruitment and marketing and communications
Develops and implements marketing plans for recruitment across the system
Manages the recruitment marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to budgetary restraints while optimizing impact
Oversees the creation of public-facing materials in conjunction with the Creative and Digital Services
Oversee direct marketing campaigns, leading efforts to generate prospects and deliver on ROI
Maintains integrity and consistency of organization brand standards and corporate voice relating to external promotion
Develops and deploys market research to ensure voice-of-applicant in key decisions as needed
Keeps abreast of competitive organizations' informational materials and media promotions
Devises appropriate promotional events in support of recruitment and event support including collateral etc.
Provides insight and direction for market advertising and awareness campaigns
Coordinates with PR staff to ensure proper alignment between marketing and PR strategy, including social media (E.g. Glassdoor, etc.)
Tracks marketing campaign initiatives for effectiveness and impact, continuously improving processes and output
Provides consultation to regional and system leaders as requested
Coordinates multiple inputs from key stakeholders and maintains consistent lines of communication to ensure seamless flow of information
Tracks recruitment trends, ensuring best practices are adopted and implemented by SSM Health when appropriate
Works effectively as a team member in a dynamic executive environment where collegiality and sharing responsibility is required and highly valued within a matrix organization. Promotes teamwork within and across the system by maintaining positive and productive intra-entity and intradepartmental relationships and utilizing effective problem solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of direct and event marketing
Six to eight years marketing experience,
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or related field required
Experience in modern recruitment marketing strategies preferred
