Responsibilities include analyzing category and brand POS and Panel data, tracking competitive activity, evaluating pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and managing the budget. Associate Brand Manager executes marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business team and shares accountability for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives.
•Work with Director of Marketing to develop brand objectives and strategies consistent with financial, volume and share goals. •Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity. •Compare shipment and consumption results with established objectives to insure the effectiveness of marketing programs. •Share in the development and execution of brand plans, taking responsibility for significant parts. •Manage the Sauer’s brand and licensed brands. •Manage Shopper Marketing programs for Duke’s and Sauer’s brands. •Manage vendor relationship for recipe development and event activation for all brands. •Assist Director of Marketing with Duke’s and Sauer’s research projects, advertising development and new product development
