Reporting to the Associate Director of Wharton Fund Marketing & Operations, the Assistant Director is responsible for project management and execution of assigned Wharton Fund communications. These activities include but are not limited to: solicitation appeals, data management and analytics, calling program, and stewardship activities, with a special emphasis on Benjamin Franklin Society level giving (BFS) of $2,500 and above. The Assistant Director will be the administrator of the Benjamin Franklin Society, thus ensuring appropriate recognition for BFS donors throughout Wharton External Affairs activities. He/she oversees annual stewardship programs for Wharton Fund donors, incorporating industry best practices and new technologies as appropriate. Works with the Wharton Fund team and Wharton External Affairs on solicitation communications and other correspondence directed to Wharton Fund prospects. Should have in interest in marketing, communications, and annual giving.
