The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), a national trade association representing commercial construction firms, seeks creative, self-starter to fill its Director of Marketing position.
Principal Responsibilities: This position will to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in support of the association’s products, programs and services, with an emphasis on generating non-dues revenue. The position will also support AGC’s membership recruitment, retention and engagement strategies.
Job Requirements: The successful candidate would have well-rounded and proficient graphic design capabilities, outstanding written communication skills, and experience with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms. Other desired skills include:
Strong understanding of graphic design principles
Experience developing digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite programs, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
Proficiency with HTML and experience in website content management
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and other marketing automation tools; experience with Informz a plus
Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent writing and editing skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field of study
5 to 7 years of experience preferred
