The Marketing Coordinator/Community Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts, and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development system.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Marketing Coordinator/Community Liaison is responsible for growing patient census by consistently exploring the development of new referral sources and potential referral sources, maintaining and managing existing accounts, identifying referral source needs, and delivering services to meet those needs. Coordinate program-focused workshops, training programs, and seminars as needed. Assist with the development of materials and activities promoting the hospital. Analyze referral trends and admissions data in an effort to develop marketing strategies.
