The Miller Hull Partnership’s marketing team is growing and we are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented professional to work closely with the marketing team and firm leadership to deliver dynamic pursuit materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for prospective clients
Organizing and managing the proposal process to ensure deadlines are met
Producing, organizing and maintaining marketing collateral, including resumes, project pages, and core market specific informational packets, etc.
Aligning to brand identity standards in both writing and graphics
Assist is tracking leads and notifications
Aligning content, writing and editing as needed
Support industry awards submissions
Updating and maintaining consistency of project and resume database
Assist in event planning.
High attention to detail, and strong organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration and team player mentality
Bachelor’s degree, in Journalism, Marketing, Design, or other relevant degree
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in AEC industries or allied fields
Strong graphic understanding and alignment to brand identity goals
Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and with standard business software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Highly-motivated and proactive self-starter with a “firm-first” orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to maintain focus on goals, combined with the agility and flexibility to re-direct when necessary
Willingness to pitch in when and where needed
